Readings extended by invitation, not by request.
For many years, I offered intuitive readings as a service on demand.
I don’t like to work that way anymore.
Over the past three years, I have been slowing shifting away from that approach. I now offer intuitive readings on two occasions only:
- if I receive an intuitive nudge in a session to do so
- each year on November 1st through my newsletter, I offer a limited number of Year Ahead Readings to be sent on New Year’s Day
I understand this is disappointing, especially to clients who’ve been coming to me for intuitive readings for years.
But my work is to help people heal.
Very often an intuitive reading is too arm’s length, too “safe”, too much of a crutch, to result in true healing. Intuitive readings are one modality I may incorporate into a session, but they are initiated by myself rather than by request of the client.
Whenever possible, I’d rather support the client to connect with their own intuition, rather than outsource it to me.
When you book a session with me, we will talk about your current troubling issue and I’ll let you know what I think might be the next best step to shift into greater ease, clarity and wellness. It might be subtle somatics, regression work, hypnotherapy/trance work, oracle or pendulum work, or any one of a suite of intuitive tools I can work with – we won’t know until we get into the details and determine what’s impeding your flow.
Yes, they can be very useful and there are many times when it’s appropriate to receive an intuitive reading.
But as an experienced professional intuitive who has conducted thousands of them, I reserve the right to discern when I offer a reading. I’m pretty good at knowing when it’s the best modality to move a person forward on their spiritual path and when something else would be more effective.
